Finnish sauna Szczecin

a spacious Finnish sauna on the water

We invite you to enjoy a unique sauna experience in the heart of nature—in our wooden Finnish sauna on the water. The sauna was designed with comfort and an authentic Nordic atmosphere in mind, featuring a panoramic window overlooking the water. It is traditionally heated with wood, providing pleasant, natural warmth and the characteristic aroma of wood, which enhances the relaxing experience.

For our sauna sessions, we use only 100% natural essential oils for aromatherapy—free from synthetic additives and crafted from the highest-quality plants and herbs. Each scent is carefully selected with the health, balance, and comfort of our guests in mind.

The sauna ceremony lasts about 2 hours

Eight Steps to Using the NordicSauna

Preparing the body

Take a warm shower and wash your body thoroughly to remove any cosmetics and dirt. Take off your jewelry and watch.

Appropriate attire

Wear clothing made of natural materials—no synthetics—when entering the sauna!

Entrance to the sauna

Sit or lie down on a towel, preferably on the lower bench near the entrance. Please remain quiet and calm in the sauna to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.

Heating season

A single sauna session usually lasts about 10–15 minutes, which is enough time for your body to start sweating profusely. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, step out early.

Body cooling

After leaving the sauna, it’s a good idea to cool off in the river, in a barrel, or under the shower.

Rest

Rest for 10–15 minutes while sitting or lying down, allowing your body to calm down.

Hydration

Once you've cooled off, grab a glass of fresh water, lemonade, or herbal tea, and recharge with a light snack.

Repeat the cycle

We repeat the entire cycle (sauna → cooling off → rest) four times, ending with a longer rest period.

Treat yourself to some fresh air, warmth, and rejuvenation in the heart of nature
