Online Store Terms and Conditions

I. Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following definitions shall apply:

1. Regulations – this document defining the rules for the provision of electronic services.

2. Website – the website available at: https://www.nordic-sauna.szczecin.pl/.

3. User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity using the Website.

4. Online Store – a separate part of the Website enabling the placement of orders and conclusion of sales agreements.

5. Seller / Administrator – Holiday.szczecin.pl & WebWork Media Anna Szałkiewicz, ul. Kazimierska 2e/19, 71-043 Szczecin, NIP: 8522639834, REGON: 369310861.

6. Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Seller and the User using electronic means of communication.

7. Agreement – the Sales Agreement.

8. Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means – the Act of 18 July 2002.

9. Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.

10. Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964.

11. Consumer Rights Act – the Act of 30 May 2014.

II. General Provisions

1. These Regulations define the conditions for using the Website and the rules for concluding sales agreements.

2. The entity operating the Website is the Administrator.

3. This document regulates in particular:

• available Website functionalities,

• technical requirements necessary for using the Website,

• the procedure for concluding agreements,

• complaint procedures,

• rules for processing personal data,

• the procedure for amending the Regulations.

4. To use the Website, the following are required:

• a device with Internet access,

• an active e-mail account,

• an up-to-date web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Edge, or Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

5. These Regulations are continuously available on the Website and may be saved or printed.

6. Information about Products presented on the Website constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

7. The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily disable the Website or parts thereof for technical, maintenance, or update purposes.

8. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure proper operation of the Website but shall not be liable for temporary interruptions or technical errors, without prejudice to Consumer rights.

9. Promotional campaigns, contests, or other marketing activities may be organized on the Website – their conditions are specified in separate regulations.

10. All content and elements of the Website are legally protected, particularly under copyright law.

11. Copying, reproducing, or distributing Website content without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.

12. The Administrator does not guarantee complete accuracy of published content and shall not be liable for the consequences of its use by Users.

13. Changes to the functioning of the Website may require updates to these Regulations to the extent affecting the rights and obligations of the parties.

III. Rules for Using the Website

1. The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and these Regulations.

2. The following are prohibited:

• publishing unlawful content,

• sending unsolicited commercial information,

• actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website.

3. Content available on the Website may be used solely for the User’s personal purposes.

IV. Conclusion of Sales Agreements

1. Orders are placed by selecting available Products and adding them to the cart.

2. Until the order is confirmed, the User may make changes to it.

3. After completing the required information, an order summary is displayed.

4. Placing an order requires providing data marked as mandatory.

5. Order fulfillment is subject to Product availability.

6. The Agreement is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller via e-mail.

7. The Seller may contact the User to confirm or clarify the order; failure to establish contact may result in order cancellation.

V. Prices and Payments

1. All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

2. Available payment methods include electronic payments (BLIK, credit/debit card) and bank transfer.

3. The Customer is obliged to make payment within 24 hours from the conclusion of the Agreement, provided that payment must be made no later than 2 hours before the scheduled start of the Service. Failure to make payment within the specified time results in automatic termination of the Agreement.

4. A sales document or VAT invoice is sent electronically.

VI. Order Fulfillment

1. Services are provided according to the agreed schedule.

2. Failure to use the service for reasons attributable to the User does not constitute grounds for a refund.

VII. Withdrawal from the Service Agreement

1. The User is not entitled to withdraw from the Agreement for the provision of services pursuant to Article 38(1)(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2024; therefore, in the event of resignation from the Service, the User is not entitled to a refund of the Fee.

VIII. Complaints

1. The User has the right to submit complaints regarding services provided by the Administrator or offered Products via e-mail to: rezerwacje@holiday.szczecin.pl

2. The Administrator shall process complaints within 30 days from the date of receipt.

3. If the complaint submission is incomplete or lacks information necessary for its consideration, the Administrator may request the User to supplement the missing information, granting a period of no less than 7 days and specifying the required scope of data. Failure to supplement the complaint within the specified period shall result in the complaint being left unexamined.

4. A response to the complaint shall be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided in the submission.

IX. Personal Data

1. The rules for processing personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

2. This document fulfills the information obligation arising from GDPR regulations.

X. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

2. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Regulations for valid reasons.

3. Amendments do not affect agreements concluded before their entry into force.
