General Rules and Regulations for Use of the Facility
- Before entering the facility, all guests are required to read these regulations.
- Access to the facility is granted only after prior payment and only within the dates and hours specified in the service agreement.
- When using the facility, guests must strictly follow the operating instructions, guidelines, and information provided by the staff.
- Any adjustments to sauna equipment, especially stove heating controls, may only be performed by a staff member.
- The sauna may only be used by healthy individuals who are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
- The sauna may be used by persons over 16 years of age and by children under adult supervision.
- Persons using the sauna declare that they are physically and medically fit to participate in such treatments and accept full responsibility for their health condition.
- Users of the sauna are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness in the facility.
- Using the sauna twice a week is recommended to improve physical performance and well-being.
- Before entering the sauna, guests should take a shower to remove all cosmetics and impurities from the body.
- All metal jewelry should be removed to avoid possible burns.
- Glasses and contact lenses should not be worn in the sauna.
- Only coverings made from natural materials are permitted in the sauna.
- During body heating, guests should gradually move from lower benches to higher ones depending on their tolerance.
- While using the sauna, guests should aim to relax their muscles and achieve maximum mental relaxation; peace and quiet must be maintained.
- After finishing sauna use, during body cooling treatments on the premises, the use of soaps and cosmetics that are not 100% natural is prohibited.
- The following are prohibited in the sauna area:
- entering while wearing clothes or footwear,
- performing cosmetic treatments,
- making noise or speaking loudly,
- bringing dishes, food, or any foreign objects,
- behaving in an indecent, offensive, or socially inappropriate manner,
- damaging or destroying equipment.
- In the event of feeling unwell, the sauna room must be left immediately.
- The following are prohibited on the premises:
- using image or sound recording devices such as mobile phones and cameras,
- smoking tobacco,
- consuming alcohol or other prohibited substances.
- Swimming in the river is at the user’s own risk. Each person should independently assess their health condition, swimming ability, and follow safety rules.
- Entry into the water is permitted only from the pier using the designated ladders. Jumping into the water is prohibited due to unknown water depth.
- Entering the water through the opening in the sauna floor is permitted only under staff supervision.
- Use of the sauna is not recommended for persons:
- immediately after intensive endurance training,
- with cardiovascular diseases,
- suffering from diabetes,
- who are intoxicated,
- who are pregnant,
- during menstruation.
- Oxygen therapy is available only after an additional fee has been paid and under the supervision of a staff member. The service is of a wellness nature and does not constitute a medical service. Each user participates at their own responsibility.
- Oxygen therapy is not recommended for persons:
- with chronic hypercapnic respiratory failure, e.g. in the course of COPD,
- with severe heart diseases such as heart failure or significant heart defects,
- in acute conditions requiring constant medical supervision, e.g. after a heart attack, stroke, or shock,
- with conditions preventing proper use of the oxygen mask,
- with certain lung diseases, including severe pneumonia with a risk of carbon dioxide retention,
- under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
- The following persons may not stay in the oxygen therapy room:
- persons smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, or using open flames;
- persons operating devices that may cause sparks or fire;
- persons bringing any objects that may create an ignition risk in the presence of oxygen.
- Use of the facility constitutes confirmation that the person has read and accepted all provisions of these regulations.
- Persons violating order or these regulations will be removed from the facility without the right to a refund.
- Persons causing material damage bear full responsibility for repair or reimbursement of costs.
- The staff and owners of the facility are not responsible for items left in the changing room, other rooms, or anywhere on the premises.
- The staff and owners of the facility are not liable for accidents caused by failure to comply with these regulations or staff instructions.
